Does MetronGroup have completed plans for resale? All of our structures are either our copyrighted designs or custom, we do have a in house design team who can create the initial massing design of the building for a fixed fee.
What is included with MetronGroup Price? The MetronGroup designs, engineers, and supplies an all steel main framework system, core and insulated building shell. Stamped structural engineering plans ready for permit submission. (Foundation engineering is by others). Supply of an all in fill and wall steel framing, exterior sheeting or insulated metal roof and wall panels as the finished shell. Supply of exterior wall claddings. You get a pre-engineered dried in building shell minus doors and windows. Please check each company for various changes from this basic scope.
What is the cost to finish out a MetronGroup Building? Of course the different style of structures vary greatly regarding ten finish level from. the garage / house structures that we sell to a commercial structure, but a good rule of thumb is that we provide 45% of completion materials in an overall budget.
Who assembles MetronGroup’s buildings and structures? All of our buildings are prefabricated with standard parts and pieces design and come with complete installation instructions. the i-5 framework is a bolt together system which makes it very easy for installers with basic construction knowledge to assemble. Any certified commercial or residential steel erector can easilly assemble our buildings.
What about company support if I have questions? Of course the MetronGroup supplies phone support with knowledgable employees that have actual field experience but in addition to that we do have a company project manager that will travel to each site to give construction advice and or answer questions that a General Contractor may have.
Do I need an architect? No. The MetronGroup has in house architects who can design the massing of the building as well as renders if needed. Our design professionals can submit your project to the city and seek permitting. We will coordinate your plans and finish out the interior design/details of the building. The MetronGroup has partner architects to recommend as well.
How long is it to obtain Drawings and Engineering? Although the scale of projects may vary the timeframe, the typical turn around timerme for i-5 Drawings and Engineering is about three to four weeks. This is also based on receiving the necessary information from all the other professionals involved.
